United StatesI got in at 2 AM due to delays on my flight, I wasn't able to find the pin code to get in the house and even at 2 AM the host answered and was extremely nice and more than willing to help me get in. Through out the trip she was very communicative and so sweet. Best host I have worked with! The house is extremely cute and you can tell a lot of thought was put into every detail to ensure that you have everything you need on your trip. Would 100% recommend staying here :)

Space was fine, comfortable sleeping arrangements and near ranch where weddng was held. Air conditioner worked well. Two people in party did some of hikers trail and liked it very much. Because it was appealing in price, size and comfort, I would suggest some sprucing up outdoor area to make it even better.

The Property/hotel was very nice and in a nice location.
The Property/hotel was very nice and in a nice location. There are some restaurants within walking distance. There’s construction going on next to the hotel, so that’s not too pleasant. It is very clean and the breakfast was good. They ran out of stuff by the time we got down downstairs to eat. The bathroom was the best, especially the toilet. The shower could have used a little bit more cleaning. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I like it to be. And the room they gave us was facing the highway, So we heard a lot of noise and sirens.

The hotel was easy to locate.
The hotel was easy to locate. We stopped for only one night because we had an early destination plan so we did not get to explore anything around the hotel. The property and room were both clean, quiet, and safe. Lisa at the front desk was helpful and offered us water upon our arrival.
The bathroom was small; the sink is outside the bathroom. The earlier reviews mentioned the small bathroom, so we were aware of it. It was not a big problem.

First, the air conditioner in both rooms did nit cool the room. We could not sleep.
Second, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. My wife and I woke up with sore backs. We had to drive for 8 hours to get back home. Try that with sore backs and four hours of interrupted sleep.
Third, because of the above we checked out a day early and we were charged for an additional day! We are retired and on a fixed income. The $110.00 extra you charged us is a lot of money.
Fourth, the people at the front desk just checked us in. No explanations.
Fifth, while we were at breakfast the cleaning crew invaded our room and started cleaning and were still in our room when we returned.

STAIRWAYS SMELLED LIKE POT
SMOKE ALARMS IN ROOM WENT OFF AT 3AM, TWICE. TWO HOURS OF NO SLEEP.
CHARGE FOR 1 HR EXTENDED STAY AFTER IT WAS GIVEN AS SERVICE DUE TO THE NO SLEEP.
POOL WAS OUT OF ORDER
