The hotel is disgusting. No amenities, as advertised.
The hotel is disgusting. No amenities, as advertised. No pool, No TV, no breakfast, rooms not clean, broken windows with sticks locking the window. Safety lock on door is broken. When you request help from front desk, they say they can't help you because they are busy, can't get away from front desk. My entire stay we did not have TV for kids. The maintenance person said he couldn't help because he was new.

I didn't go for activities around Tukwila. Ads suggest it's a good place for families. There are shopping malls, movie theaters, places for kids to jump and play, and trips to sail, ride up the Space Needle, and the gardens. Also, it offers transportation to the airport and central to traveling further east (eastern Washington) west (Olympic Peninsula), north ((Canada), and south ( Oregon). Staying in Tukwila without a car is not a problem. Walking around is easy, and public transportation is available.

.and they exchanged my sheets and towels with no issue..the lady reminded me of my aunt
And she was nice and the gentleman which I assume is her husband was very polite..they are a hard working couple and very family oriented..id stay there again ..the parking lot was very clean and they are very observant of who comes in and out of the parking lot at night and throughout the day..

It is very good for shopping.
It is very good for shopping. If you are on a layover or passing through Tukwila is awesome because it has every store and restaurant possible. Great for kids, movie theaters , malls, food courts etc.

We did not explore Tukwila as much as we took advantage of...
We did not explore Tukwila as much as we took advantage of the proximity and access to Seattle to sight-see, ferry to Victoria and Bainbridge Island, and get back and forth to the airport and cruise transportation. Where we were was quiet with easy access to the Intraurban trail, public transit, the Southcenter shopping mall, and restaurants. Try Joey's restaurant if you visit Tukwila - great food and drinks and a robust Happy Hour menu!

Near the Sea Tac airport but was still a longer than...
Near the Sea Tac airport but was still a longer than expected drive from airport to hotel; there is a convenience store within walking distance - nothing else close by. This Embassy Suites at Tukwila needs serious renovation and replacement of old scratched outdated furniture

Very worried when we read the reviews. But actually a wonderful hotel. Very nice woman in the office, quickly checked us in, and then at our request changed the room, as the first room was a little noisy from the road. But the second room was overlooking the river, very quiet and cozy. All linen was clean, dishes were clean, floors were clean too, water was very hot flowing from the taps. We really liked this hotel and will definitely stay here again. Delicious coffee is also sold near the hotel.

Wi-Fi is ok and location is ok: Owner of this motel is from India 🇮🇳, they demand 20 dollars cash for deposit with out resept,they announced 24/7 open reception but they closed the door after 10 pm then we checked out at 4,30 Am but nobody guards open to check us out, they didn’t repay 20 usd deposit, they didn’t respect the hotel policy, we 📞 called tell them repay my money but they didn’t take tlf. ( no honest)

Excellent value for money, actually better than we were expecting. Helpful and friendly staff and very comfortable room with everything you need including USB charging facilities.
Jon the shuttle bus driver was exceptionally pleasant and informative Would recommend this hotel to anyone..
