Staff was very friendly not just to us but our pet as well. As far as previous reviews go, our breakfast vouchers included everything from the hot food to the grab-n-go options/cold options. Only thing I paid was gratuity. Pool and gym were open, our room was very well cleaned. Good value for our stay with all the amenities.

The location is perfect - five minutes from the airport terminal, yet we didn’t hear any noise from jets taking off or landing. The room was spotless, as was the rest of the property, and the staff were all friendly, polite and very helpful. You can even purchase a real breakfast in the morning for a reasonable price - much better than the mediocre fare you usually get for “free” at other chain hotels.

We were only there to catch a plane.

We were only there to catch a plane. The airport is under renovation. It would have been helpful if TF Green could have provided more information about this (e.g., food services that were closed, lack of water fountains, and most importantly, charging outlets that were not powered up (only a few were). This is no reflection on the city of Providence, only the airport.

We ate at the "Little Thai Corner" in Warwick. It was great.

We ate at the "Little Thai Corner" in Warwick. It was great. The only negative was the traffic on the main roads and getting used to driving in the roundabouts. Access to the airport was pretty simple and was the primary reason for staying in Warwick. Access to Rt 95 also made it easy to drive around the state (Newport, Jamestown, Coventry, Cranston) as long as you don't mind lots of traffic. Oakland Beach was a nice location to walk to and just sit, but you need to wear beach shoes as there was broken glass on among the rocks and shells.

Warwick is a nice place. Had lunch at Oaklandbeach Iggy's. Seemed $$. Seen Famly dollar and Dollar Tree. Many needs for the forgetful travler dispatched. Seemed easy to get around town. Parking was good

A church group booked a 3 day event while I was there....

A church group booked a 3 day event while I was there....they were loud, obnoxious, slamming doors , load talking and laughing in halls at all hours of the day and night....well past midnight. Complained to front desk 3 times...it continued until they checked out after 3 days. I will never stay here again.

We arrived at 11:30 PM on April 17 after a four-hour drive from New York, following a full day of work and school. We were extremely tired and just looking forward to checking in and getting some rest. Unfortunately, our experience started off poorly—the front desk attendant was unwelcoming and made us feel as though we were inconveniencing her. When we entered the room, we were disappointed to find a strong musty odor, along with noticeable smells of weed and cigarettes. This was especially surprising given that the hotel advertises itself as smoke-free. The sheets did not smell fresh or clean, which added to our discomfort. Additionally, the room was only stocked with one set of towels despite our reservation being for four people. We had to request additional towels after settling in. Due to how exhausted we were, we chose not to address these issues that night or request a room change—but in hindsight, we should have. The only reason we stayed was because we had a family engagement nearby the next day. Overall, this experience did not meet our expectations, and we hope improvements can be made for future guests.

Compared to any other hotels, the towels were dirty.

Compared to any other hotels, the towels were dirty. They have things on them. The other people that were staying there next to my room. We’re very loud and very rude banging at 4 o’clock in the morning. The beds are really not that comfortable is just not in my comfort zone at all.

My third stay at this hotel and it is consistently great. Staff are really friendly and professional. Rooms are large, modern and well equipped. Great showers. Great food and drink selection for dinner and breakfast. The outside terrace on the river is a nice place to relax.

On two of the five nights hotel failed make the room. Also on the last night the second of the two elevators was not working causing a long walk to an elevator at the far rnd of the room.
