The owner of the property was very responsive and answered all my questions timely. The property was clean and charming. Our first morning we watched dolphins hunt just off the shore and spotted them several other times during our stay. The house came equipped with everything you might need. I was surprised that there was only one chore listed and that was taking the trash can to and from the road which was reasonable. The place was quiet and relaxing watching the sun set. There is a book which guests are encouraged to write in for recommendations. We took those recommendations and enjoyed our time. Kayaking Weeki Wachee, mermaid show at Weeki Wachee State Park, the restaurant before you get to the island. There is so much to do in that little town.

BIG HUGE shout out to the 2 ladies that made a crazy day a lot smoother for my family, to Krystal, thank you for making my later than expected check in so simple after such a long crazy day, your hospitality does NOT go unnoticed and hard to come by!! To Kutina, the fact that you went above and beyond to fix an error that I made when booking and found us the cot we needed to sleep comfortably, I am so grateful! You two ladies set the bar for a great example of how guests should be treated! Once again, thank you ladies so much for your amazing service, especially being so late at night!!!

First of all, the property was beautiful and well-kept. ALL of the staff were exceptional. The breakfast buffet was awesome. There was something for everyone. The location was great for whatever you needed outside of the hotel. Will definitely be back. Thank you

The room i had on 2nd floor shower/tub was backing up while I showered. I asked for another room the next morning and got one on the first floor.The shower in that room was a straight stand up shower and omg I loved the pressure it had so yes it was great after all that 😆

Everything we needed was in the kitchen, even some food pantry shelf items. It's organized in a manner that everything is easily accessed. The bathrooms had everything we needed also, we especially liked that q-tips were supplied! I've never seen them supplied. They're the one thing we always forget to pack, but always need. It's very thoughtful of the host and shows they care about their guests. The home was very cool and fresh. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfy. We enjoyed playing chess and backgammon in the sitting area on the side. We made s'more by the fire pit while the BBQ was cooking. Everything was very clean. The location is great! We were 10 minutes away from the area we chose to visit the springs. There's a publix, target, home depot and lowes, and bealls all within a 5 minute drive. Communication with the host is very good. Thank you, such a lovely home, and we enjoyed our stay.
