The beds where comfy.

The beds where comfy. However, needed clean sheets before using them. Receptionist Def hates his life. Always had to look for him. Had to clean our bathroom before use. Hot tub sealed off. At most they make beds between guest! Would not recommend this hotel.

Horrible small city not welcoming to out of state traveling...

Horrible small city not welcoming to out of state traveling just not accommodating at all a lot of dirty looking area..Not much going on here mall is horrible one restaurant and the food was horrible..Just keep going across the bridge to Gulfport il if you want better thriving area because Burlington ain’t it..never coming back I’m from ames big difference

Our stay was horrible.

Our stay was horrible. There was black stuff around tub facet, and drain was all gunked up. Lamps were all dusty and rusty. Door had mud under handle on inside. Flip lock was broken off. Fire alarm was missing the battery. TV had no signal then after the staff coming to check out, you could only turn TV on and off by button under TV, remote would not work.Window locks broke off. Breakfast area was not very clean. No one cleaned up after other guests. Housekeeping came in but did not give ys clean towels. There were no towels in pool area. When we asked the front desk they said they would bring some in. After about an hour and a half, still no towels We were there from 10/20/2023 - 10/22/2023 Under the name of Duane Pannier

We took a mini family vacation.

We took a mini family vacation. West burlington had a good amount of things to see and do. We went to fun city, and went bowling, played in the arcade and played in the water park. We also checked out a few parks while we were there su h as crapo park. We also went to snake alley. We will more than likely be back to check out a few of the museums along with a few other sites.
