The staff allowed us to do an early check in and they provided us with all the information we needed to go to NYC. They were kind and diligent.

The location is amazing, bus stop right in front of the hotel. Less than 20 min ride to the station (time square). There are restaurants, a movie theater and Walmart nearby (20 min walk). Staff was friendly and polite. The water ran hot when showering! Bed was comfortable and room is comfy! Absolutely loved the room!

We loved the location. We went to a broadway show and it was only about 20 minutes away. Also, the hotel is in such a great location . Restaurants and movie theater are in same parking lot, very close walking distance. Would stay here again if we go into the city or to American Dream mall . Bed was also very comfortable.

The room was quiet and comfortable, very modern. The view is spectacular, never seen anything like it, you can see the whole Manhattan from the bed. The bathroom was huge, with his and her sink. Great coffee machine. Perfect location, the ferry station is just outside the door that takes you to Manhattan.

Great, helpful and welcoming reception team. Good location. If you don’t want to drive by car to NY city there is a bus stop just in front of the hotel. 158 - takes you directly to the city center. If you take 165- on the way back you can stop to enjoy sunset in the Old Glory Park it’s really stunning location. It has parking - 18$ which is actually lower than average other hotels are offering. Room was comfortable and cleaned every day. Good breakfast and lots of options to eat out around the hotel. We would come back, thank you for your hospitality!

Staff was great, especially the front desk person. She went above and beyond to make sure I got all information I needed with parking situation. Very nice lady. Place is clean and well kept

Great Breakfast, for NY, nice size rooms, good showers

The suite was charming with wonderful views. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchenette was lovely. The housekeeping staff was excellent and did our dishes each day! That was an unexpected treat. What was also over the top were the front door/ reception/ bell staff. We stay in a wide range of hotels and travel extensively. This was the best customer service I have received in literally years. I will definitely return to this hotel whenever I need to be in NYC.

Location was fantastic for a cruise

The location, is quiet near to Central Park. Duan reade and many restauranta are near. Clean room, very co mfortable. Customer service excellent.

The room, bed and bathroom were wonderful and the breakfast was alot better than others that I have had staying in the USA, fresh options as well as cooked items, and the waffle station was amazing.

Everything was more than perfect! Amazing location, many restaurants and coffee shops and far from the busy tourist areas, but still close to a subway station. Room was super clean! Loved my stay there, will for sure be coming back.

The room exceeded by far our expectations, even small but really lovely with a great fireplace, parking is free and with the shuttle bus it’s easy and quick to get into downtown - if we’d ever come back to NYC we’ll certainly stay here again.

The rooms are large and clean, the staffs are nice and friendly.
