United StatesIt nice and the beds are super comfortable. They do need to update the flooring . The walls are thin that I woke up at 5 in the morning . Kept hearing door locks and opening . I would stay there again mostly for the beds and the pool. The pool is very warm. Probably will wear ear plugs when I sleep there. The receptionist at night when we arrived was very friendly. The small breakfast was cute .

We stayed 2 nights, arriving Sat afternoon.
We stayed 2 nights, arriving Sat afternoon. No room service was given to us and we had to use our towels for 2 days. Garbage was not emptied and bed was not made. By the Monday morning, we had no where to put our garbage. The undesirables walking around the property made me feel uneasy.

While it is part of the Poconos, it's not a site for activities or restaurants. There are very few places to eat and the grocery is quite small. On the other hand, there's very little traffic.

We were there for my daughter's powerlifting event that was held at Jim Thorpe High School. The area is beautiful, unfortunately, we did not have a lot of time to explore as we spent most of our visit at the school.

This is the nicest of the few hotels that are close to Jack...
This is the nicest of the few hotels that are close to Jack Frost Ski Resort. Also very close to major highways for those passing through when traveling. The included breakfast is well stocked and attended closely by the wonderful cook. You could tell that he took great pride in keeping it tidy and stocked for the entire duration of breakfast. Good strong coffee too which is a bonus, I mean who wants watered down weak coffee. The entire staff of front desk people, kitchen staff, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel were all friendly and engaging. a must go back for me.

The White Haven community is nice to visit.
The White Haven community is nice to visit. Spend a little time searching for food/shops that interest you and you won’t be disappointed. We dined at the White Haven Diner and The Other Side restaurant. Both were very good. Close to many natural/outdoor activities.

it was value for your dollar, close to Jim Thorpe for the October festival and some great places to have dinner at the end of the day. Murphy's Loft, Shenanigans and the Powerhouse Restaurant are great places to eat and not far away.

I had the rest experience in my life at this Holiday Inn. I am a rewards member and I’ve been traveling using this hotel for many years. I don’t think that will be the case. I will be calling general manager today or whoever else I need to speak with you,

The hotel was very comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, and we had a restful night. Breakfast was very good with good choices. Overall, this is a great stopover.
