United StatesThis is the 4th time we’ve stayed at this property and we wouldn’t go anywhere else in the area. We did choose the King bed one time but the queens are more comfortable for us. We enjoy the pool, hot tub, and breakfast. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean. This has become our R&R spot; we enjoy some down time and order pizza to be delivered from the local Papa John’s. Convenient location right off the highway and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Parking is good. Highly recommend.

There are some cool restaurants/coffee shops, etc. around...
There are some cool restaurants/coffee shops, etc. around the hotel, but they were closed on Sunday, and most of them and other stores are also closed on Mondays. It's not a bustling area. It seems that nobody lives downtown.
There are some cool restaurants in Pine Square that are open on Sunday and Monday. It's only a block from the hotel, but easy to miss because it's kind of an alley. Ask the hotel for directions.
Had a remarkable cup of Ecuadorian coffee at Alabaster coffee roasters 2 blocks from the hotel. Bought a bag of it to bring home.

Young and stressed check in clear was having a bad night but did her best to be attentive and polite. She stated she could not give us a king bed as reserved due to trouble keeping housekeeping staff to clean. Room had odor and microwave was dirty. Beds were poor and without a comforter/bedspread. Room heater worked well.

Cool, small college town that is much more than the home of...
Cool, small college town that is much more than the home of the LIttle League World Series. Visit the oldest-still operating book store in the U.S. (Otto's), stroll the campus of Lycoming College (one of the 50 oldest colleges in the country), or take a self-made tour of the some of the once grand neighborhoods of massive Victorian homes (that were funded by and built during the golden age of logging in this part of Pennsylvania).

The Hiawatha riverboat cruise was fun.
The Hiawatha riverboat cruise was fun. We also walked down millionaire's row. We ate at Antlers on the Water both nights. The food was excellent and the outside deck was awesome. There was a band one night.

I am from Williamsport, so it was nice coming back home and seeing the familiar faces of people in the community. Shannon made my stay very comfortable when we arrived. We had a long drive and a long day but check in with Shannon was quick, easy, and stress free. Thank you Shannon.

Property was dirty and poorly maintained, pool not working, computer and printer not working, breakfast is a continental breakfast, there IS a difference! Maid service was TERRIBLE! Exercise room is sorely lacking! Here is a message I sent the property this morning: "My name is Jim Handy and I stayed in room 214 this past Friday and Saturday, August 25 & 26. We were supposed to stay Sunday night August 27, but we just couldn't stay on that property any longer. As you already know we were not happy with our stay. There is not enough room here to say everything I wanted. The place was dirty, we couldn't use the pool, the computer was down, the maid service was terrible, and the "breakfast" was only a "continental" breakfast! We were VERY disappointed!"

This is one of those AirBNB hotels. No services at all. You get an email with a code to access your room and that's it. Everything has a very cold vibe - facilities etc. Even the bed was extremely firm. Will not be staying here again.

Location was great. Williamsport is a quaint little town. We really enjoyed going to Pine Street, a small street/square with great little restaurants.
Good breakfast.
Pool looked nice, but we didn’t go in.
