The fact it was clean. They had a place for me to take my dog to go potty. The staff was caring and check on my mom and I seeing if we needed anything because I had my “do not disturb “ sign on the door. Along with a good view of the ocean from the room was great. Overall great stay and my mom and I will be back. Also if you are traveling with pets and booking your rooms with booking.com make sure you call ahead to let them know so you don’t book a non pet room. Also pet stay for $10 per pet/per night. However booking the wrong room will cost $40 per pet/per night.

Cape perpetua short distance south, State park lookout excellent view of the ocean with lots of rocks and driftwood and clean restrooms. Luna's Fish house has excellent food and fast service. Small town,narrow streets, not a place to be in a hurry or you'll miss the charm!!!!!

Beautiful spot with great restaurants, shops and walkable...

Beautiful spot with great restaurants, shops and walkable coast line. So glad I was able to go to the amazing Farmer's Market (Sundays). I got there really early so I was able to avoid the crowds. Highly recommend Bread & Roses Bakery, Styx, Stones, n' Bones and Green Salmon Coffee Company.

I went to Yachats specifically for a getaway with friends...

I went to Yachats specifically for a getaway with friends for the spa. Our expectations were met. We had nice rooms with a view of the ocean and walking trails outside. I had three treatments, which basically included 3 massages). A full massage, facial, and a full body scrub. We also used the hot tubs available in the spa. The staff was wonderful - Michelle was fabulous! She gave me the facial and the rain dance body scrub. The bed, pillows, and linens were great and I slept wonderfully. We were a week or so off season so the galleries and shops in town were not open yet, but that was not our agenda. The restaurants we went to were the Ona (I had a seafood medley over pasta) and The Drift Inn where I had a steak. Both were good and both had full bars with a nice wine list.

Yachats is truly a gem of the Oregon coast.

Yachats is truly a gem of the Oregon coast. Beautiful, rocky beaches and tide pools. And also, the businesses and people there are very friendly. It has to be a destination for anyone traveling the Oregon coast!

Yachats has great restaurants and a bakery.

Yachats has great restaurants and a bakery. There is a dog's beach nearby. Also, there is a park where you can park your car and take the dog for a walk along a path that their city council has groomed for walkers. Other trails are nearby, too.

It's a great little Oregon Coastal town.

It's a great little Oregon Coastal town. We ate fish and chips at the Luna in Yachats in a covered area where our dog was welcome as well. We also ate takeout at at a Mexican restaurant in Waldport, six miles north. YKachats has a cool art gallery caled the Peephole. Joyce is fun to talk with.

Excellent location and views - right on the sea. 25 minute walk to town, or 4 min drive. Very clean rooms and a lot of amenities. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the area.
