The house is perched on a hill and takes 33 steps to reach the front door. From there is a lovely view of the water. The greenery does block the view a bit but does attract birds. There were a couple of hummingbirds visiting in the afternoon. The house has an open plan, making it feel spacious. The main bedroom has a comfortable double bed and air conditioning. The 2nd room has 2 twins and a fan. The 2 rooms wall is open at the top, letting some of the cool air come through. The beds are good for children, but not too comfy for adults. The windows dont have screens, but they do have rollup shutters that can darken the room. The living / kitchen area has air conditioning, but we did not use it much because the breezes were wonderful. The bathroon is very spacious and has a washing machine. Plenty room for your toiletries. Bring soap and shampoo since it is not offered. Outside, stepping down a few steps, there is an asadero with a picnic table and an area to dry your laundry. I wished that had a couple of chairs on the front landing to sit outside to read. I usually sat on the front step to enjoy the outdoors. The house is clean and well maintained. Veronica and Francisco are open to suggestions and very helpful.

Right in town. Very friendly and helpful owner. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was extremely clean with a modern bathroom. We enjoyed the breakfast and had several choices of food to eat. It was a great value for our money and we would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to La Paloma!

Nothing fancy, but more than sufficient. Very well located and clean. Good breakfast. Well priced, at least in low season.

The place is super quiet, and the location is excellent. It’s the perfect spot to rest. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and kind. I would definitely return without hesitation.
