It would be easier to write what I did not like about this property. Which is basically nothing. It is a beautiful extremely secure safe hotel. Caracas is not tourist, friendly but this hotel will make your stay in Caracas feel like a normal tourist experience. They are very safety conscious. The hotel itself is beautiful. The restaurant has amazing food, the staff is exceptional. Everyone speaks English. They are very nice very professional. Anything you need they will provide for you. The Security is top-of-the-line. It is a 100% secured hotel. Caracas is not a friendly place for foreigners however this hotel will make your stay Normal. I highly recommend it for any business travel or anyone who wants to go or needs to go to Caracas for whatever reason and wants to feel secure.

Everything, the staff all of them, Mr. Jesús the manager (great person)... Centric place, all new... Bakery Safari best place in miles for coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner... At the other hand nice Bar and Restaurant... Don't miss this place if you visit Caracas...
