Very comfortable beds, lovely contemporary decor, exceptionally appointed kitchen

The apartment it’s very nice, well located, clean, luminous, good kitchen and good equipment for the beach Highly recommended.

Location is great. Walmart and Oxxo are close by.

The apartment was very spacious, awesome location and it had lots of cooking supplies. Also had a nice balcony. The property is a gated community and I think it also had private security not completely sure, which made us feel more comfortable. The host was very attentive and responsive. We unfortunately didn't get to enjoy everything the property had to offer, because of the Hurricane.

The exterior of the building was well landscaped with tall cactuses. The suite was beautifully designed, clean and up to date appliances. Everything was provided including beach towels, chairs, blanket and toys for going to the beach and pool! The bed was very comfortable. It exceeded my expectations! Thank you

We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent at Condo Maravilla…It was so spacious, perfectly situated near the beach with sea views, great breezes comfortable and clean…Super close to so many restaurants and entertainment options..There are two pools that are well maintained and a place to relax and soak in the Sun Our host, Laura, was great at communicating and made herself very available for any questions that we might have; we appreciated her just wanting to make sure that we were comfortable and didn't need anything at all. The kitchen was large and fully equipped for anyone looking to do a great deal of cooking and food prep, But, you are on vacation and if you don't want to cook, there are so many amazing restaurants and bistros and breakfast nooks very close to the house! The sleeping spaces were super comfortable and had so much room to stretch out (super impressed with the large jacuzzi tub… This place definitely deserves a return visit!

We had an amazing experience staying at this apartment. The location is perfect — the open view over the Marina is beautiful and relaxing, and the area is extremely convenient. You’re right next to two Soriana stores (open 24/7) and Costco, which makes commuting and daily errands very easy. The apartment itself is cozy, spacious, and very well designed. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need — from kitchen supplies to small extras like a beach umbrella and even tennis rackets. It truly feels like staying in a fully prepared home rather than a basic rental. What really made the stay exceptional were the hosts, Laura and Mauricio. They genuinely care about their guests’ well-being, are very easy to reach, and respond quickly to any question. Their communication was clear and friendly from the moment we booked until checkout. Overall, a wonderful place to stay in Cabo — comfortable, convenient, and hosted with real care. We would gladly return.
