Owner is pro-active. I booked this location by mistake but found a hidden gem in the process. The unit was clean, spacious and had a kitchenette. the bathroom had good hot water. The batteries were dead in the TV remote and the owner dropped replacement batteries off a short time later. The pool was nice and large with outside showers and a CR/changing room in the pool area. The SMDC property is new with only 2 of 14 buildings constructed at this time. The building has a good elevator but each building has only 5 floors so that helps. We were also able to check in an hour early. There were very few occupants which kept the place quiet too. The location is by Sta Rosa Mall in laguna near Brent school. The mall has plenty of local and foreign eateries. You can walk to the mall in a minute or two from SMDC.
