The location was ideal for us and within easy walking distance of grocery store and Starbucks. The unit was thoughtfully equipped with many items like laundry soap, dishwasher soap, coffee, tea, etc. covered parking was nice for the hot, sunny days during our stay. Host was very responsive.

All properties feature an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center and clubhouse roughly a 25-minute drive from Sky Harbor Phenix Airport.

-The location: an easy walk into Old Town, particularly if you enjoy walking, and quiet for sleeping. -My sister and I are very small and even after dark, we felt safe walking in the neighborhood and staying in the condo. -Very clean and comfortable, with excellent amenities. So nice to have coffee and tea provided!

Needed a location where that didn't require many steps. Loved the kitchen and the fully stocked. It was roomy. The outside table and chairs were wonderful in the morning before going to the pool in the afternoon. We were able to communicate with the owner if any questions. Didn't have a vechile, appreciated a close grocery store!
