There was a bottle of wine waiting for us when we got there, which was very welcoming. There were also plenty of coffee pods and creamer for our stay, which was a big plus. We didn't plan on cooking at the place, so we didn't plan on buying groceries, so it was really nice to have all that there for our mornings. The apartment was just as it looks in the picture. It was very clean and comfortable. And having two bathrooms was very nice. There were pool towels, and pickleball rackets, and tennis rackets for us to use at the courts. The water in the pool was warm enough for swimming and the hot tub was a good temperature. It's an older complex, and you could see the wear, but it was still very nice. The directions for getting in were very clear. The location is excellent if you want to be able to walk to the restaurants and stores at the Biltmore.

This was our second time staying at this location. It's comfortable, clean, the location is perfect for us, we love the pool and hot tub.

-The location: an easy walk into Old Town, particularly if you enjoy walking, and quiet for sleeping. -My sister and I are very small and even after dark, we felt safe walking in the neighborhood and staying in the condo. -Very clean and comfortable, with excellent amenities. So nice to have coffee and tea provided!
