Excellent location, more comfortable than expected

Everything about this place was fantastic! The communication with the host was seamless, she offered parking for an additional fee, which was cheaper than any other place I had looked at. The room itself was BEAUTIFUL, and the view was definitely not spoken about enough!! The studio came with so many amenities, great shower / bathroom, TV with Netflix, etc, full kitchen, and laundry too. For the price, location & size - an absolute bargain! I'm definitely coming back here on my next Miami trip! The reception has a great coffee shop, the keybox was super easy to use and the pool / gym / work spaces were AMAZING. Honestly, I can't recommend this place enough!

Super clean. Comfy bed, nice gym, and staff.

The appearance, the friendly host, the furnishings, the possibility to do laundry, the quick response time, and the possibility to reserve a parking space.

The amenities were great! The location is perfect for staying around downtown including a free train next door. The pool was large enough where you didn’t feel on top of others. The jacuzzi was even better

Truly enjoyed the apartment — it’s stylish, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to Brickell City Centre. The pool is amazing and well maintained, perfect for sunbathing. The gym is also very clean and well equipped. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and had a nice terrace. The area felt very safe, and both the staff on-site and online were friendly and helpful. Bonus points for thoughtful touches like a fan for blow-drying your hair!

Great amenities, like the pool, gym and access to several dining options. Also location was perfect, and within walking distance to an outlet mall, restaurants etc.

The property is beautiful. The location was perfect for walking around, shopping, and exploring. Nothing but positive things to say about the overall experience.Owner provided instructions and good communication as well.

It is perfectly located. The view from the condo is breathtaking. The 3 pools and the beach was perfect and Adriano was there to answer any questions or requests we had! We would come back anytime!
