This was one of our best vacations. The owners, who live in the same building (separate entrance) have been communicating with us during our whole stay and have been pro-active to find out if everything was to our satisfaction. WhatsApp comes very handy in Albania. We have never gotten such high level of care and attention during any of our stays. The apartment is very bright, brand new, clean, fully tiled and well kept. It´s about 15 min. walking distance from the beach and when it comes to privacy and quietness, you can expect it here. There´s 2 bedrooms but we only used one bedroom and if you travel like us with carry on, having a washer comes very handy. The outside appearance in general in Albania, outside of the property is not always up to par and out of control of the actual owners. That´s a general thing, you just know when travelling to Albania. When it comes to safety, we had no issues since in this neighborhood everyone seems to know everyone and there´s mostly one- or two-family houses… Within 5 min. of walk there´s a few restaurants and small stores to get the daily fresh produce you need at a great price. Fjordi, the son is very helpful and has invited us to the bar at the beach, he´s working from time to time. The family is adorable, and they helped us finding our marks and getting more out of our vacation. Fjordi´s English is pretty good, and it made things a lot easier. Otherwise, consider Google Translate. We both needed a stable and performing internet connection and the signal was very good and sometimes we topped 90 Mbit´s (up and down) which is sufficient for our needs. If you´re looking for more space and a higher quality stay and if you´re willing to walk or drive a little to the beach, this place is the one to be. We have never had any issues with finding a free parking spot at the beach.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay at this accommodation. From the moment I booked, Zoi made me feel incredibly welcome and cared for. They were not only professional but also genuinely kind and attentive to every detail. Check-in was smooth, and I immediately noticed how clean and well-maintained everything was. The accommodation is spacious and has a very cozy and nice balcony where you can just relax or eat outside. I highly recommend this place, especially for families where you will feel comfortable and really like you are at home. The location is also perfect, close to everything and just 5 mins from the beach. Thank you to Zoi for the great communication, and to the owners for taking care of the outside area and cleaning it almost everyday. I would absolutely return

We expected a week of peaceful relaxation, and that is exactly what we got. The cottage is of a high standard, the rooms are clean, new, and very well equipped. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary utensils and appliances, the WiFi works perfectly, and the TV includes access to Netflix. All essential items were available (towels, beach towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, coffee, etc.). The windows have mosquito screens and are truly soundproof. We had a rental car, so we appreciated the gated driveway for one vehicle. Outside, there were a hammock, sun loungers, and a place to rinse off saltwater after swimming. The photos included in the listing are accurate and truthful. The communication with the owner was excellent—everything was handled promptly and in detail. The stay was wonderful for our family of four! 😊

We like the big terrace and the garden with parking and trees where children can play without afraid they can go on the street. Kitchen is equipped with all amenities. Beach is near. We could go anywhere without a car. Near are restaurants and markets. Our host gave us everything we missed in the flat. Washing machine is available. We would definitely come again. Recommend for families with children.
