We stayed two nights at Woolbrook Cottage and absolutely loved it. Arriving on a chilly Autumn evening to a roaring fire, chocolates and a carafe of port was such a warm welcome. The cottage is beautifully decorated, with super comfortable beds, lovely linen and fluffy towels, and we loved looking at the family farming memorabilia. Our dogs had the best time exploring the huge fenced backyard, and we all enjoyed long walks around the charming neighbourhood. The location is excellent, an easy walk to the Taralga Hotel and the Argyle Inn for dinner. We also loved exploring nearby Laggan and Crookwell, and a day trip to the spectacular Wombeyan Caves. A relaxing and memorable country escape.

We spent Easter weekend at this Rural Farm property 15 minutes off Marulan town. It had great paddock and country views. The area was peaceful, the home spacious and homey with everything we needed for a 3 day 2 night stay. It was a great base to explore the Wombeyan Caves and Bungonia Caves treks. Most enjoyable and relaxing stay. Hosts Tanya were prompt and had clear instructions.
