We had a great stay here. Host was lovely. Location was great for doing a few little day trips and it was great to have the space to ourselves. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of puzzles, games and activities provided. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Beautiful and peaceful location. It is understood when booking that this is rustic accommodation and the new owners are doing their best to do necessary maintenance on the charming historic cottages.There was a big fridge freezer , a good gas stove and adequate cooking implements for self catering. Rain water for drinking and showering. The gas hot water heater worked well. There was also very good Indian style food at the on-site restaurant Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.

The location was amazing! Waking up and having a coffee on the patio with fresh eggs (great touch!) was the perfect way to start our morning. The bed was comfortable, the privacy was great, and the entire experience with the animals in the morning was a lot of fun. We had a fantastic time.

A peaceful beautiful paradise. The welcome basket was delicious: bread, wine,farm eggs and more. Quiet and restful and restorative. Highly recommended.

The hostess was super welcoming and friendly. The cottage was very cosy and nice. The kids loved it and they loved feeding the farm animals as well as the birds. Special moment was when we looked up at the clear night sky and there were loads of stars out; the kids hadn't seen that many stars before in their life so it was a nice moment.

Glen Mervyn Lodge in Mumballup provides accommodations with a garden and barbecue facilities. There's a private entrance at the vacation home for the convenience of those who stay.
