Cottages in Damme

What a lovely little house surrounded by fields. Lovely hosts gave us fresh eggs from their hens and some homemade cake & jam. Close to Bruges by car but in a wonderful quite setting in the country. They really put some love into this place. The hosts even helped us out when our car broke down by coming to meet us and calling us road side assistance. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend

The city of Damme is so comfortable and friendly. Renting electric bikes was the best experience.

Beautiful home outside of the city walls. Very quiet and relaxing with lovely outdoor space to enjoy. It was clean very well stocked with everything we needed and the owner is the great next-door and we’re very helpful. Grocery store was down the street along with a lovely bakery. Great place to stay.

The home is very elegant and tastefully appointed! Well equipped kitchen, cozy outdoor space, working fireplace. Many small luxury touches added by the hosts made our stay memorable. Corine was very friendly and attentive as a hostess. A few additional details about the home … there is a 2nd toilet (no shower) on the ground floor just off the kitchen. The second bedroom on the 2nd floor is charming - slanted ceilings and a big window looking out back. Note the stairs are very steep and there is no door to this room. Damme is a quiet town with a variety of places to dine just a short walking distance from the home. Bike rentals were just around the corner. There is no public transportation into Bruges, so if you don’t have a car or plan to bicycle, you will need to use a taxi.

Raf’s house is beautifully situated in the lovely village of damme. It’s just a short walk to all the restaurants and the beautiful countryside. All rooms are lovely and the living room is very cozy and beautifully furnished.
