Had everything we needed to spend a long weekend with the family including pups, lots of space to spread out indoors when it rained, gorgeous view from every room on the ground floor. Master suite beautiful view and perfect for 91 y/o Mom. Host very responsive and helpful. Games and books for the kids, kitchen worked well, brand new gas grill. Couldn’t ask for more.

The location was perfect, cottage is on a quiet street with quiet neighbors. The amenities that we had access too was more than expected. Beautiful sunrise and water views. Hosts provided everything needed. I’ve stayed at a lot of similar type (airbnbs) homes and this was the most relaxed, laidback one by far. Accommodated our party of 6 with lots of room to spare. It is exactly as pictured.

Farm House offers accommodations in Coldwater, 12 miles from Tay River Basin and 25 miles from Casino Rama. With river views, this accommodation offers a patio.

The property was amazing and felt just like a luxurious 5-star hotel. It was incredibly neat, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The owner was also very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions.

This condo exceeded my expectations! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, the gas fireplace was lovely to enjoy, the bed is massive and oh so soft, and I LOVE the bathroom. I will absolutely be returning. Highly recommend.
