This property exceeded all my expectations and is easily one of the best in the area. The space is impeccably clean and comes fully equipped with everything you could need. The landlord is genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Despite being a basement unit, it was incredibly quiet—I didn’t hear a single sound. The place is beautifully maintained, and I was tempted to lease it right away. It features brand-new appliances, including a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a brand-new stove and fridge, and a newly renovated shower. The cleanliness was outstanding—I felt compelled to leave it spotless. On top of that, there’s free parking, which is such a great bonus. The TV and bed were also incredibly comfortable, adding to the overall experience. This is truly a gem of a property that I can’t recommend enough!

The apartment owners were very sweet. The location was excellent to whitby and other areas we wanted to visit. The bathroom was large. Clean and no concerns. The closet was huge. They had a coffee pot, toaster, and microwave. We felt safe with the lock system. The owners assisted us with their streaming channels. They had an iron and ironing board. The fireplace was easy to use on cold evenings. Entrance to accommodation was well lite.

The cottage was immaculate and everything I needed was already there. The kids were able to fish right off the dock and catch and release. The sunsets were amazing and the local park and corner store were right around the corner. It was quiet and felt very comfortable. I would def recommend this cottage.

Property was absolutely awesome. Perfect for our group of 7 people with plenty of room. It had a well equipped kitchen as well as laundry. Close to a variety of restaurants and shopping and entertainment. Communication with host was exceptional. We would definitely stay again if ever in the area!
