At the beginning we run into problem with the resort coordinated who did not recognized our booking legitimate , and claimed that he has not approved our reservation (based on his own rules!!). Finally he agreed to give us another room ! With paying cash ! Any how we got a room and from there we had a great experience with the resort staff, very friendly and helpful people who provided us with anything which we asked. The resort is beautiful and very private.
