We really liked the quiet country atmosphere and taking walks in the village and farmland nearby. The hosts were very welcoming and informative. Nothing is too far away in Saaremaa, so it's just a short drive to interesting sites, but it feels very remote at the guesthouse. The beds were very comfortable, and the screen in the window meant that you could enjoy the evening breezes without mosquitoes. The main house is beautiful, with a traditional thatched roof. There is also a memorial to Johannes Aavik, a philologist who was born at the location (which is now called "Aavik's Corner").

This property is a great place to enjoy nature and have a chill barbecue evening with your family. Especially, if you're lucky enough to be the only customers for the night. It's like a mini-camping, which has a really well equipped kitchen as well as a grill area with all the tools needed (and a beautiful illumination around). Also, there is a small playground for kids, which may be important for families. And it's located right next to the Muhu museum! The owner lady was very welcoming and flexible on check-out time as well :)

It felt like at home when we stayed at Suure-Jürna Puhkepesa. There is everything needed for a family with kids, including washing facilities, fully equipped kitchen, etc. We especially liked the sauna, as the weather was a little too cold - so we really enjoyed it. Hosts are nice and welcoming people. Surely a recommended location - especially if you like quiet places away from city center.

We absolutely loved our stay there! The place offers absolute privacy surrounded by the beautiful nature of Saaremaa. The host, Annika, was very kind and responsive. The house is nice and comfortable, providing private space for a large family or group of people with four separate bedrooms. The well-functioning fireplace in the living room was a blessing on colder or more rainy days. The yard is spacious and convenient for a family fun time, including a fireplace, an arbour, and a sauna.

Really loved the spectacular location. The main house has a bed right above the window. We loved gazing up at the sky. The sauna was superb and we also enjoyed the view from the window overlooking the forest.
