This beautiful cave house was pure luxury and comfort. Llanos was a gracious host. The tunnel house was new, modern and wonderfully clean. Kitchen facilities were very good. The long walk down the tunnel from the entrance to the bedroom and spa with amazing views was just the experience we were looking for. On arrival, the room was smelling wonderful and had tranquil music playing. Champagne glasses were chilling in the fridge, so don't forget it! The views from the bed and spa were awesome. It was located very close to the castle, 2 min walk, and the town itself is so beautiful. Llanos will meet you on arrival, no matter how lost you are! We were confused as to where the castle carpark was (where you leave your car for free overnight, a 5 min walk up a rather steep road). Tip: if you drive into the town and the castle is what you see first on your left, go through the town and out, up, up, up... you will see a big sign to the castle car park. You can park near the house to unload and then move your car, no problem. The tunnel house is located in a lovely area to stroll around, day and night.

This was our splurge stay for the last night of our motorcycle trip, and man was it worth it!! The town is awesome, even off-season - be sure you park in the lots below and walk up, because nothing bigger than scooters can get up the adorable, narrow, winding, STEEP streets. The cave was a DREAM. Very comfortable living spaces, snuggly bedrooms, each in their own cave - but all the modern amenities you could want, including Nespresso for the morning!! It was just fantastic, don't think twice, just book it!
