Beautiful building and surroundings, dog friendly and great margs. Staff were amazing too.

Excellent location and facilities, spotlessly clean the decor was beautiful, We chose the Signature suite and it was like a home from home absolutely recommend.

Everything - it’s was comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated. Every small detail was carefully considered.

Good location, quiet and almost rural but with a shop just a few minutes away. We found it convenient as a base to explore the area. Comfy beds, Nice outdoor space, Comfy sofa and chairs. We liked to "how to find us" video which we were sent at 10.30 on the day of travel. It was useful as the place is hard to find - even the local taxi drivers had trouble finding it. Would have liked to know the address we were staying at before the day of travel. I did wonder if it was a scam which was a bit stressful. I suppose it deters people from sneaking in early. That would only work on the first visit though, so I think you would have to be fairly confident that you would not get any repeat custom. I would suggest just changing the code on the keysafe. This is basically a nice property, generally nicely decorated and well appointed but is rather let down by a lack of attention to detail.

A wonderful location and a very safe neighborhood. Plenty of parking and access to local and large stores within a few minutes. Clean and warm and only a short distance from Lemmington Spa, Warwick castle and much more.
