Place was spacious and very cute! A great view and was very quiet. Had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The host responded very quickly and was very helpful. We had problems with the sink and he sent someone over to take a look right away. About 10 min drive to the nearest town.

We stayed here for a couple of nights and were impressed with the condition and quality of the house. Yes, it's all brand-new, but unlike the cheap facilities you often find in random huts. It's more like a well-furnished, perfectly organized city-center apartment than a village house. And that’s even though the outside isn’t fully finished yet. Of course, we enjoyed the serenity of the valley and the great view of Kazbegi.

Breathtaking views from the house. Very cosy and comfortable. All things needed for even longer stay are there: all for cooking and washing. Very hospitable and friendly host, easy to communicate. Clean. Definitely will come again if will return to the area!

Great Location for hikers who like to return to a private cottage. Waking up with a view on Kasbek…

Cottage is in great condition: everything is new, neds are clean and comfortable, shower works well. Panoramic views on both sides are incredible! Village itself has a really chill vibe and also very authentic. And especially I want to tell about our host - we can rather late (~22:00), but she helped us to ogranize outdoor fireplace, brought us additional stuff by request, and communication was smooth, gentle and welcoming. Thank you!!
