Perfect place for a family . Owner was the nicest - flexible and helpful and went beyond expectations . Pool, kitchen, ACs, washing machine and basic amenities that makes your stay convenient and easy. Very close to the beach, restaurants and a convenience store.

The location is spectacular, with a great view of the Chora and the sea as well as the sunset. The suites seem to be fairly new, are well kept, with two sunbeds on the terrace. Everything is within walking distance (including the bus station for the other destinations). The property is uphill so it takes a bit of effort to get there on foot, but you do not have to be an "athlete" to do it. However, if you have luggage, I strongly suggest getting a taxi from the port to the property (you'll realise it was a good "investment"). :-) The terrace and the view is the "selling point" of the property - it makes you never want to leave. :-) The host (Ms. Helen) was very helpful during our stay there - a big thank you.

Amazing place, highly recommended. Super clean, modern, great outdoor space, great pool. Anything I write does not do justice to how good this place is. Anna is a great host ready to answer all questions and solve any problem. Cleaning service is amazing. Would definitely come back. Thank you Anna for a great holiday!

The property was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. The room very clean and cute, the location was perfect - super close to the ferry port and the chora, and the host family was ABOVE AND BEYOND! They were the nicest family ever. They came to the ferry port to pick us up, help carry our bags, and walk us to the stay while also explaining the area and things to do. They created a whole guide of the best beaches, restaurants, clubs, and activities to do in Ios. They even helped us rent a car and helped us out with our car rental issue since our ferry left earlier than the cat rental place opened. The property and host family is the best stay i've ever booked!!!

Mrs. Maroussa, the manager is awesome. She met us at the airport as she also drives a cab....she gave us many dining recommendations and suggested we use Road Runner for a rental car when we asked. Then, when we called Road Runner, they brought the car to us at the property....could not have been easier.

The villa was amazing! Brand new, clean, nice views and nice pool. The host was super flexible, kind and comprehensive! We loved our stay!

If I could give Villa Giulia more than 5 stars, I would. Not only is her villa a serene slice of paradise, it’s an excellent location and the island itself is breathtaking. We could not be more happy with the amenities the villa had to offer and how helpful Giulia was- both are an absolute treasure to Ios. She is kind and considerate in her interactions with guests and clearly cares about her property- ensuring guests enjoy the villa to its fullest.

We had an absolutely incredible stay! The villa was stunning, beautifully designed, spotless, and even more impressive than the photos. Every detail felt thoughtfully planned, making it both luxurious and comfortable. The location was peaceful with breathtaking views, yet still convenient for exploring the island. The hosts were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and responsive, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. This was one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed, and we would return without hesitation.
