Village of Pragmatetftis is located 15 minutes outside of Leonido, a beautiful bustling town surrounded by imposing red rock cliffs that are a dream for rock climbers. It looks like Switzerland on the Mediterranean. Demitrious’s house is an old restored Olive mill at the top of the village. Fantastic views and one of the nicest hosts you will ever encounter. I highly recommend.

It is very remote, yet sea is perfectly accessible on foot. Exactly the kind of holiday house we seek.

We stayed at Kissakas Villas as two families (4 adults and 4 children) and had the most wonderful vacation. The house has an incredible view and offers complete privacy, with direct access to a beautiful, quiet beach. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, which made our stay very convenient, and we enjoyed every moment of the stunning scenery. The children absolutely loved the freedom and nature around the villa, while we adults cherished the peaceful atmosphere and the chance to truly relax. Waking up to the sound of the sea and having breakfast with such a breathtaking view felt like a dream. Andreas and his wife, the owners, are extremely kind, attentive, and helpful, which made us feel truly welcome. Their warm hospitality and personal care made a huge difference and turned our holiday into a memorable experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and unforgettable holiday.

Beautiful house. Equipped even more than needed: shower gel, shampoo and even conditioner. Coffee machine with tabs. We didn't expect that we'll have a projector there! Location in the centre of the town.

Good facilities and very clean

Lovely place. Highly recommend. We stayed 5 nights with our 2 kids and had a really great time. The cabin is beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. The yard was perfect for the kids. The hosts were super friendly and generous. Don't think twice, book a place!!
