The view is stunning! Everyone wants to retired at a Mediterranean coasts in a small house and close to the sea, this is that house. Just get ready to climb a bit stairs to keep you alive! Rania, our host was super proactive person, thanks for her supports. As she said we created memories at Samos via her house! She made it ready everything you need at a house, really you can’t say bad for this house and host.

The house was very comfortable, quiet and full of optionals. The owners were really friendly and awesome.

The house was very clean and comfortable. It is very easy to get to if you hire a car. The house is well equipped (coffee machine, kitchen gadgets, iron, hair dryer etc.). The house has a little pavilion with an amazing view. The photos of the house are all true. The owner of the house was very polite and responsive to anything I asked.

It’s a bit far from center, you have to keep in touch one of the taxi drivers at station in town via WhatsApp in case if you are not gonna rent a car. It’s top up the hill, it’s good if you are group, facilities were good. Host was helpful. We enjoyed our trip. It was restful and peaceful.

The landlady is a great person. The apartment includes everything you need. The patio is fantastic. You will definitely enjoy staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Katerina’s place. She was an amazing host—kind, helpful, and always quick to respond. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy the beaches and local restaurants. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

In the heart of Pythagoreio. Wonderfully appointed and soothing decor- great kitchen/table area to gather around and additional second floor family room. Luxurious but comfortable. The host thought of everything- snacks, fruit, juice eggs beer etc. Air conditioning worked great. Shutters made it easy to darken rooms for sleeping and naps. Private Parking spot for car within a few blocks.

We enjoyed our stay at Vaggelitsa’s House very much. We had excellent communication with our hostess, Maria, who answered our inquiries quickly and completely. When you enter from the street, the house has a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a renovated bathroom with a shower, and a large balcony with a fabulous view over the harbor of Pythagoreion, Samos. When you go down a short but steep set of stairs to the next level, you will find an alcove with a single bed, a large and well-equipped kitchen—even including paper towels and spices--a nicely renovated large bathroom with a washing machine, and a small balcony, where we enjoyed our breakfasts every day. You can make your way to the port and the main street, where you will find a bakery, grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and bars, either down several sets of steps or along the narrow walkway on the street. Parking is available nearby, either on the street—which can be busy during the day—or along the road to the Spiliani Monastery, which is just a short walk from the house. If you can do steps and would like a great view, then this is the place for you to stay in Pythagoreion.

Very cute and comfy newly renovated house, nice garden, amazing location, great accommodative hosts. I would highly recommend it for up to 4 people. It is very close to the best beach on the island, to all the shops/restaurants you will need, and walking distance from the public parking. You will not find many interiors like this in that area.

We really liked spending time in the pool and enjoying the view from the balcony and listening to the wildlife in the evening. The owner, Manos, was also very friendly and helpful. We had a relaxing week and would love to come back one day.

Location , furniture , kind household. Even we didnt met , we had real time communication. Let us in early offered a late check out we would prefer to stay again in this property
