Everything was perfect during our stay! The outside pool was prepared when we came, the water was cool and clean; there is a pool table with darts board in party room + you have a little bar area inside for your drinks; in the living room area you have smart TV with soundbar and sofa bed; you get fully equipped kitchen with dining table; aircon on ground floor; you also have bbq with wood for kindling, seating with nice thick cushioned chairs if you decide to sit outside with table. Bathroom is really clean and equipped with everything you need. The place is spotless clean! I've stayed in a lot of places, many of them were luxirious but this cozy little house in the midodle of remote village with stunning view of lake is nothing I've ever seen before! For that price I'm pretty sure you won't find any better. Host was really kind and quick to reply (the house is a self check).

Every single detail of the house was perfect. We really enjoyed the whole facility. Great jacuzzi, sauna, and terrace. The beds were comfortable and had enough shower rooms. The kitchen had all the necessary tools, and welcoming drink was so tasty!

This is one of the most exceptional stays that I have experienced: the hospitality (from the welcome, to the snack, to the extraordinary bountiful and delicious breakfast, fully organic, all ingredients and preparation made on the farm), the love and the attention to historical detail in decorating the room but also to all the practical details. This property is a labor of love and we definitely intend to come when next staying in the Lipik (Lipizzaner horses) area. A note: the property does have WiFi (contrary to the Booking.com information) and it has a great A/C!
