The location was ideal for visit around Tuscany, tge villa was very well maintained , clean with all the amenities we needed , amazing views but above all the hosts were fantastic! Paola & Alessandro made us feel at home & we enjoyed amazing dinners that Paola prepared - highly recommended !!!

The property was breathtaking. It felt like something out of a movie! We bought items in the shop and ate a delicious vegetarian dinner and had breakfast, which was wonderful, outside.

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was wonderful. Pastries, meat, cheese, yogurt, juice, hot drinks.

This place was incredible and beyond amazing I loved everything about it, the staff are amazing and helpful specially their sweet manager I will definitely come back to this place

Everything! Our apartment was beautiful- spacious, comfortable and so charming! Modern-day convenience with old-world charm. The property grounds were very well kept and the views were stunning. Giulia was very helpful with suggestions and directions. And they are building a restaurant which will be very convenient.

We liked this location. It was a farm stay out in the country, on a farm that made pecorino cheese from sheep on the farm. There was a nice main building. There was a restaurant that was excellent. We had a tour of the cheese making facilities. It was far enough out in the country to be quiet, but within less than 10 km of Volterra. Getting out in the tuscan countryside was easy, but note that the roads are very twisty, so it can take longer to get places. We were given very good instructions on how to find it. They also have a pool, which we did not use, as the weather was still too cold.

We stayed 2 nights on a 27 day trip and this accommodation was my favourite . The ambiance, comfort, pool and breakfast were all excellent. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

The people were so nice and welcoming, the pool was great, the location was beautiful, and the restaurant was great! We had dinner there three nights: typical Italian food (simple but tasty and generous). I highly recommend both white and red house wines. We also enjoyed breakfast. We could not have wished for a more peaceful place.

Location relative to Volterra Centro Storico. Great host, accommodations had enclosed area for car, private terrace and entrance, beautiful view of the pool and surrounding area and this unit had a washing machine which was perfect. Also, great little places nearby to grab a bite.

Absolutely fantastic. Very quiet location. Stefania was magnificent and welcomed us with a delicious breakfast every morning. Very close to Volterra and San Gimignano. We received lots of helpful tips about parking, where to eat and so on. We will definitely be back.

The propriety and the views were amazing! The Breakfast was great especially the homemade cakes and marmalade.

It was beautiful view and close to Volterra which is gorgeous hill town. The staff were great.

An amazing Tuscany nature surrounding, a beautiful farmhouse, clean and neat with a rustic Italian charm. The pool area has great views and a large enough pool for the whole family to have great fun!
