This was a lovely place to stay while we went rock climbing at futagoyama. It’s a good location behind about a 10 min walk / 5 min drive from grocery store, restaurants, and other shops. The house is very clean and has new appliances. The heated mat in the den area was really nice to have on cool evenings. The washer was also very convenient for our trip as we had packed light and doing laundry where we were staying made things easier. It was nice to have the smaller floor fans to help move the air around from the overhead heater. The sleep set up is traditional Japanese style futons on the floor, which was a bit hard for us used to western-style beds, but made the experience more authentic! Would stay here again if in the area in the future.
