A very comfortable home with a spacious downstairs. The two bedrooms upstairs are laid out barracks-style, with two beds (plus some futons) in one and multiple futons in the other. This was more than enough for my daughter and me. The hosts were friendly and communicative, and the house was a short walk to the nearest local train line. Very easy to check in to!

Host Miho was very nice and was waiting to receive us on arrival. She kindly explained the facilities in the house and kindly provided bottled water and snacks. The family/entertainment room had a massive TV (I think 100in) and the kitchen is well stocked with quality cookware (Le Creuset pots) as well as common condiments for those who want to cook.

Big, fits so many people, 3 rooms, so smaller groups get privacy, provided with a bicycle, good for errands, close to Kano station, so getting to the center of gifu is super fast, the place is calm but you can hear trains all day, however even I who is sensitive to sounds didn’t have a problem. Place is clean, new, and the host is incredibly responsive. Kitchen fully equipped, bath is spacious and confortable.

This is an incredible place to stay. It's large and spacious for bigger parties. There is everything you might need for a multi-day stay. Parking is ample and a grocery store and conbini walking distance away + a fantastic grocery store 5 min drive. But the real highlight was the house itself. You feel like you are staying in a museum. It's a piece of art - both inside and out in the garden. I wish we could have stayed longer. We stayed here to go to Ghibli park by car, do some hiking in incredible spots, and visit Inuyama. It was a great base for that. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating to everything. I hope we can come back again.

Hiroshi was very kind and friendly and he showed us around the washi paper workshop which was very interesting. I am grateful for the experience to have stayed at warabeeland and met Hiroshi. The place was also decorated beautifully and had a very inviting vibe about it. I only wish I could have stayed longer.
