Cottages in Toyonaka

Very good location with next of 7-11. Front of famous Ramen restaurant. And super maruhachi at cross road. Many of car parks nearby. This wonderful to family with kids.

The place was perfect for the 5 of us (Me, my wife, and 3 teenage boys). I could see fitting as many as 7-8 comfortably if people don’t mind sharing a bed. I don’t know that it would be comfortable beyond that many people. The beds were comfortable, it was nice to have a table to sit at and eat, and the place had a decent floor plan layout. It was just a short walk from the Higashimikuni Station for the Midosuji line. There is a Lawson’s right on the way to the station. If you like 7-Eleven, that was just a block down from the station entrance. There was also a supermarket right down the street (also on the way to the train station entrance). We also liked that it was in a quieter part of Osaka so we didn’t have to worry about a lot of noise while trying to sleep.

Spaciousness, cleanliness and abundance of all necessities

Nice property, multiple bedrooms, karaoke and sauna. 3 min walk to nearest convenience store, 5 min walk to nearest station. Old house but that’s a part of authentic experience.

Very spacious and comfortable. Superb ramen restaurant on the corner. 3 min walk to Aeon Food Market (open 24h) and 12 min walk to nearest subway. Highly recommend. Host is extremely responsive!

It was clean, well prepared for everything especially the kitchen tools.

Just unlocked the box w no issues

Location is close walking distance between 2 Shin-osaka station and Sonneji station. Surround by Family mart, Lawson, and laundrymat.

It’s a 3-story building with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, one of the bathroom with a bathtub, the shower was strong enough, there are a washing machine, a stove, a microwave, an oven, and a kettle in the fully equipped kitchen. There are also 2 bikes for the guests to use which is very convenient for them to travel to train station and explore the neighbourhood.

Amazing hosts. Great retreat with so many options for small groups. Privacy, communal areas and so many extras.

Large traditional Japanese house with fantastic bath and decor.

Overall, facilities were good. We also liked staying in a residential area, getting an appreciation for housing in Japan. Nearby coffee house and bakery was also lovely.
