Cottages in Yawatano

The communication with the host was very smooth and courteous; they responded swiftly to our queries and with a lot of care and concern; all the necessary information was shared ahead of time; the living room and bedrooms were clean, spacious and bright; house was well-stocked with amenities necessary for a longer stay (and if it wasn't there, it was mentioned ahead of time); overall vibe of the place was very very chill. We really enjoyed our time there with our two dogs.

It is a beautifully built little house in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees. We particularly liked the privacy it offered and the feeling of a home rather than just a place to stay.

The house was excellent with great appliances & furniture. Especially, the projection TV was something we never experienced in hotel staying. Backyard is adjacent to Omuro Yama was something great view (looking upward, though).

It was a great place to spend a weekend in relaxation. The view in the Morning sunrise is exceptional. Hope to visit again!!

Beautiful newly remodeled home in a quiet residential and very well kept neighborhood. Lots of light and beautifully decorated interior. The house has everything you need for a short stay, but it is small.We had lots of luggage with 4 people, but there is not that much space to store suitcases, bags, groceries. Also, just one bathroom and one shower. Kids loved the foldable screen to watch movies. Only a short drive to many of the surrounding sites. Owner is super friendly and provided helpful information before our arrival. We also liked that there is a washer/ dryer! Shops and restaurants are also just a short drive away. We would come again for sure. Be aware: house is on a small hill and needs to be reached by a few flights of uneven stairs. Not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

The property is close to Izu Kogen station, easy to find. The property is spacious and cozy, everything you need and more is provided.
