The stay at Corner Cottage was the highlight of our trip. This young couple is welcoming and energetic to create an exceptional yet homey experience for tourists. Make sure you request dinner! Amazing food and with a tuk tuk on site it was so convenient to get a ride to the bus and our own tour!

Being in this house was one of the best things of my trip around the country. When we arrived there we experienced a full 2 nights in the Sri Lanka style. The woman was amazing, she take care of everything and treat us like her own family!!!! A part of the great house she has, she prepared us some of the amazing dishes from the country. I really recommend the house and of course stay and meet Sriyani (our mom in Sri Lanka)!!! Thank you so much for everything and see you soon!!!

Excellent experience! We stayed for one day and everything was perfect. The guest house was clean, comfortable, and in a good location. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere was peaceful and it felt like home. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

Very friendly owner with best hospitality

We spent two nights here while we were in Anuradhapura. The property is kept clean, and the amenities provided are great. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, so we were able to enjoy our time there. We rented out the entire home, and they even have an area you can climb up to for a view of the surrounding area. The rooms are well kept, and they all have A/C and hot water. I would highly recommend this place for travelers.

Everything was perfect. Food is very tasty. The menu has lot of options and prices are very reasonable. Even they cook the bites once we brought the dry items. Nice clean pool with jacuzzi overseen the lake. Exceptional value for money.

Very helpful Staff. and very good place.

We stayed for five nights in January 2026. The location is nice and quiet, and close to the stupas to visit. The common areas of the house are very spacious for a three-bedroom place. The property was clean, and the rooms are very nicely set up. The hosts are really warm and kind. The breakfast was a real highlight, with excellent Sri Lankan food. We opted to rent the entire place and had the house to ourselves. The hosts live next door. They started this accommodation less than a year ago after their daughter’s family moved elsewhere. Overall, this place offers great value, especially for families who wish to stay together.
