A perfect stay in a middle of a nicely built English Village.

The manager, Praveen, went far beyond any expectations with his kindness and hospitality. The room was brand new, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. Breakfast was excellent as well, with great quality and variety. Highly recommended.

Gave me wi-fi stick to plug in the room for better internet.

The property is pretty with a massive area in the top. The rooms are beautiful. The location is apt. And kitchen facilities are great

I've been living out of a backpack travelling the world for 5 years. I've seen it all. I was told I was the first person to book a room on Booking.com. So, I felt I should be the first to give a review. This is a really nice homestay. The young couple that owns the house is working hard to make sure all of your needs are taken care of. The food was really good, It was really nice to sit in front of a nice fireplace with a house cat on our laps. They made sure we had a great stay. The bed was the only thing that was a bit rough, but where you are it's expected.

Decor exactly like the photos, felt like I was staying in a cosy but luxurious ski resort! And the staff was exceptional with their kindness and hospitality. They even upgraded our room without request! And the generous breakfast portions were to die for! I will be returning and recommending this place to all family and friends.

It was an incredible and stunning place. Everything was amazing - the staff, the food, the rooms, the views around. Amazing. What a pity that we spent so little time here. I want to go back to Sri Lanka just because of this place and its stunning beauty and silence.

Beautiful new rooms with kind staff who want to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Loved this place. The venue is unique, rainforest style. The owner is an incredible musician (think Sri Lankan Bob Marley!) and has set up an event space out the back where his band puts on a reggae gig each night (lights, smoke machine, pumping speakers etc.). It’s a vibe! Food was incredible. Had the Chicken Kottu for dinner and curry and rice for lunch. We used their Tuk Tuk driver to get to and from the train, as well as to take us to Horton’s Plains for the Worlds End walk. Left early and stopped in the perfect spot to watch the sunrise on the way. The staff here were so helpful and eager to please. Highly recommend, especially if you are after something a little unique to add a story to your holiday!

The room was super nice! Well organized, spacious, clean and really comfortable bed. The shower is also butiful with hot water all the time which is very important for the cold of nuwara eliya. We had great time and highly recomand

The lake & mountain view from the room, the tranquillity. It was perfect. Peaceful calm, serenity, and quiet. The place is away from the city crowd, a narrow road through the woods from the main road. Very cooperative & friendly staff, who went out of their way to help. They got bathroom slippers from the shop close by. The breakfast, lunch & dinner we ordered at the hotel were great. Portable heaters were provided.

Loved the amazing service, friendliness of the staff and beautiful interior that was designed with so much intention and lots of details.
