The owner is very nice and makes the place very comfortable to stay. It has all kinds of added small things that make it cozy and pleasant. An excellent place to go with children, there are lots of toys and stuff to do outside. It is also close to civilisation but truly calm. The style of the house is also unique and interesting.

The house and the adjacent territory were cottegecore perfection! The house is little but adorable. Very comfortable beds and clean sheets. It’s very private, no other houses around, and you feel like you are in the middle of a forest! You could have a picnic on the lawn in like three different spots. There is also a lake in like 15 minute relaxed walk. The host was amazing. Very kind and attentive. Recommended us places to visit locally, made sure we had our grill and the open air bath with clean towels ready on time, but gave us all the privacy we needed. They also have really cute chickens, and were so kind as to present us with their most delicious eggs for breakfast! The open air bath was amazing and near the house, and beside the little kitchen in the house, there was another kitchen space not seen on pictures with everything you could need to prepare any kind of dinner.

Very high value for the money. Lounge room is nice, sauna hot, kitchen well equipped (could use some bigger cups for coffee). Location is right next to a ski slope and near the town of Talsi. Could imagine returning here :)
