The owner was very welcoming, despite the fact that he had closed his place off to bookings for a few days, and it was actually still available as I saw it online, but he opened his home to me anyway. The place was very nice, very modern inside. You can tell that the owner has done a lot of work to make it comfortable and homey (new windows, doors). All the furnishings are nice and new, the WiFi works great, and it’s in a very peaceful and beautiful location. I was fortunate enough to have met the owner (was invited to the annual wine making, since I was there!) who made sure my stay was comfortable while providing the utmost hospitality.

Fine Luxury is located in Chişinău, just 7.6 miles from National Museum of Archeology and History of Moldova and 7.7 miles from Moldova State Philharmonic.

I booked a stay for my mom, the instructions how to reach the apartment were clear and easy to understand. It’s located near the airport with easy reach by taxi. Separate thanks for quick check-in. All in all, nice and clean apartment near airport to rest before or after flight.

Marin is a perfect host! The bed was incrediblly soft and slept like a baby. The big screen TV was very cool and the sound system was like a movie 🎥 theater. You will not be disappointed with staying here! Thank you again dear Marin) Ps bring some dog/cat food too, there are about 5 dogs you can feed and they are very sweet doggies))

This house was built and handled with a lot of love. We were met by the mother-in-law of the owner, who is a very kind soul, she showed us around and advised of the surrounding locations, too. The house is located minutes away from the buzzing center, yet is set in a very quiet street, no cars or passerbys to disturb you. It looks a traditional moldovan house, which is so charming. Very spacious, with two separate bedrooms decorated in local manner, a kitchen and a small hall. Kitchen is fully equiped, there's a fridge and a washing machine, too.
