Our stay here was nothing short of magical. We arrived to find the little katuns cozy and welcoming, with a crackling fire already prepared to keep us warm — such a simple but deeply thoughtful touch that instantly made us feel at home. The whole place felt like a winter dream: snow-covered hills all around, breathtaking views in every direction, and the peaceful feeling of being in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by untouched nature. What made it unforgettable, though, was Jelena. She is, without a doubt, the best host we have ever met. Kind, warm, and always ready to help, she went far beyond what we could have ever expected to make our stay perfect. Her cooking was amazing — every meal tasted like it was prepared with genuine care and love. It’s rare to find a place where you feel both so cared for and so connected to nature. We had all of that here, and it’s a memory we’ll treasure forever.

I cannot express how much this place is a paradise. The host is outstanding. The place is out of this world. Amazing view, fully equipped, host is always at your disposal, very nice family, nice pool. Parking space on the spot. From the birds singing, the cool breeze, nice pool and perfect place for amazing pictures, I would recommend this place to everyone I know. I will definitely visit again. I had an amazing stay at this place! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect and peaceful. What made my stay truly special was the incredible hospitality. The host’s mother and father were so kind and welcoming — they treated me like family! Their warmth, generosity, and delicious coffee made me feel right at home. I’m so grateful for their kindness and would definitely come back again. Cute, comfortable cabin in the nicest nature setting. Quite, away from it all, yet super close, too. Andrea (the host) is amazing. She was a quick and good communicator, was helpful in helping me make my way to the cabin in the dark, have me great ideas for restaurants, and had a for going in the wood stove so I arrived to a toasty cozy room upon arrival. And she was super helpful even AFTER I left with finding things. And, the parking was right in front (sometimes hard to find traveling around Albania).

We loved this property and the owners. It’s a fabulous spot not far from civilization but it feels very peaceful with amazing views. The road to the property is paved. Cabin is cozy and very clean. Food is good.

It was cozy little chalet , very comfy , the bed was nice and warm , it was not that close to the main road so it was very quite but still very easy to reach. The host was very friendly and gave us a cup of tea and chocolate as a welcome.
