The property is utterly wonderful - cleverly designed for easy and comfortable living with a connection to outdoor space. It was easy to enjoy time there. The birds are incredible! So beautiful! The whole place feels roomy and elegant. The type of place you take design notes. Effort was made to make the whole place comfortable. The beds and pillows were lovely and very much appreciated. And the kitchen is well supplied.

I was by myself and felt very safe here with the gated community and security and overall niceness of the neighborhood. Martha was wonderful in making sure I had everything I needed and was very responsive to questions I had. I used the bicycle which was great for getting to the dive shop and into town for dinner, a great location for my needs. II loved floating in the pool and enjoying the patio area. I would definatley come here again if I'm back in Playa del Carmen.

Location is very good to visit local places in Playa del Carmen without having to worry about tourist traps. I would recommend a rental car during your stay as its much easier to get to and from the property

The condo was perfect for our family of five, ages ranging from 18 to 71! Everyone had their private space as well as room to enjoy as a family. The beds were super comfortable and all the baths updated. The kitchen was amply supplied to have an eat in meal. The location was walkable to a supermarket and mall area with other restaurants, though our favorite was the “pop up “ at the corner where they serve the best tacos in all of Playa del Carmen !

The property was excellent and larger than expected. The garden super beautiful and full of nature with only a couple of steps to the beach.
