Every thing..... hassle free checking.... helpful owner... the establishment.... the view......i even asked him to arrange a surprise for my wife with balloons and flowers and he did it flawlessly

Beautiful, clean, professionally managed place in the heart of the rain forest, surrounded by green hills, coconut trees, farms, and wildlife, close to waterfalls, boat tours, sky cab to top of the mountain etc. Safe area to walk, and the amazing manager helped us arrange transportation as needed. Kind staff brought in my laundry from the line when it started to rain while we were out sightseeing. Oct 2023

One of the main reasons we booked the villas was the location. Datai Bay, with its blue waters in the middle of the rainforest, is absolutely stunning, with lots of monkeys and birds around. The location is very isolated, and the only people you see on the beach are guests of the nearby luxury Datai Resort. You can use their beach and buy drinks at the bar (though it’s not cheap). The host was extremely hospitable, friendly, and helpful. The swimming pool is huge and perfect for proper swimming. For breakfast, we had several options to choose from, which was very nice. The snack menu and dinners were very tasty, and the prices were reasonable. We were very lucky to be the only guests at the time. The property has four villas, and we occupied two of them. The kids really enjoyed the billiard table and the games in the common area. We also went kayaking to a nearby uninhabited island, which was great fun. Overall, we had a super pleasant stay and wished we could have stayed longer.
