Cottages in Birmingham

The property is absolutely beautiful and extremely clean except for a few m&ms and another unopened bag of candy found in the couch. The spacing is perfect, the decor is very nice as well as homey. The washer and dryer were large and very convenient. The deck was enjoyable in spite of a couple of the boards flexing on the ends. Each room has a a Roku TV and nice bedding. The pillows and mattresses were way too firm, almost hard to us, but others seemed to like them. We really liked that there was a mudroom when you first walk in! All of the windows provided nice natural lighting during the day and were all covered with blinds for privacy. The instructions provided in the home such as when the trash goes out were very helpful. Overall the home was well taken care of and we would book it again.

The house was super cute and cozy - and very good sized! The fenced in backyard was very nice for my dog. Love the entire vibe of the home and the neighborhood. Definitely worth the stay if you're passing through.

As a “first time” Airbnb renter, we could not have asked for a more perfect place. Our hostess was exceptional making sure we had everything we needed during our stay and was available anytime. The property seemed to be an older home. However, it had been well maintained and renovated. The renovations of the property had a very meticulous feel to it as if attention was given to every single detail. It was very classy and elegant but more importantly it felt as though you are home. If you are ever in Birmingham, we definitely recommend staying here. A beautiful home, inside and out with the most comfortable beds, peaceful neighborhood and minutes away from downtown Birmingham.

Condo was exactly as advertised. Bright and clean with everything we needed. The building is clean and secure. The area restaurants and bars are amazing and there are plenty to choose from. Easy access on foot or by Uber to many local craft breweries as well.
