The Little River Cottage is an Amazing find!!! My daughter & I Loved Everything about it! The location is breathtaking being right next to a river that you can listen to while falling asleep. The furnishings & decor in the cottage are awesome and the bed is ever SO Comfortable and the pillows were perfect! The nightlight in the bathroom is helpful and they had Seattles Best coffee and French Vanilla coffee creamer!:) Thank you Riley & Caitlyn for paying attention to every little detail & sharing your beautiful place with us! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again!

This home was very warm and welcoming. It felt like home. The beds and pillows were amazing. There were 6 of us that stayed in this beautiful home and there was plenty of room. It is Beautifully decorated!

The Base Camp is located in Spokane, just 4.6 miles from Spokane Center and 4.1 miles from Spokane Convention Center. This property offers access to a patio, free private parking, and free Wifi.

This is a nice, quiet place to stay. It is clean and comfortable with plenty of privacy. I enjoyed the rustic decor as well. The squirrel who lives in the tree next to the cabin gave me a pretty stern talking to when I first checked in, but I suppose that he was just doing his job, keeping a close eye on things.

Location and Parking were perfect. The Studio was well appointed and contemporary. Bed was well made and comfortable. Easy to enter unit. Close to all that Spokane has to offer. Host was responsive to any questions or concerns.

We booked the home for several days during a classroom instruction week of our apprenticeship program. The home was perfect for our lodging needs and a great location for us. The hosts were great to work with; communication was clear and timely!
