The coziness of the furnishings and setting.

It was a lot more space for the same amount as a hotel suite. I loved that I could cook for my family and we didn't have to eat out the whole time. We were visiting family, and there was enough room for them to come see us and spend time there. All the kids had space to spread out a little, and my daughter even found a book to read in their selection of books in the living room.

Very cute house with a great yard. Loved having such a big fenced in yard for the dog with 2 different doors to let her out. Beds were comfy! Me and my husband both agreed that the pillows were THE BEST. I'd love to know where they got them lol. So many places to eat near by if you don't feel like cooking. Lots of cool old school video games to play. The kids loved it also 👍

It’s right next to a beautiful river view and trail, and very close to downtown. The property is beautifully designed inside and out. It’s very comfortable and clean, and the manager was extremely helpful. We’ll definitely book it again if we visit the area in the future.

my wife and I loved our stay in this very quaint home in Grand Junction,, Colorado. Amanda, the owner of the property was so sweet and even left my wife and I a great bottle of red wine. The home was immaculate. There was a nice hot tub. And everything was spic and span.. If You’re looking for a wonderful place to stay reasonably priced , this cozy little Well kept home is a wonderful choice. Thank you, Amanda for sharing your wonderful home with us for three days.👍👍❤️
