We didn't use the kitchen to cook anything so I can't comment on that but I think the only thing missing is a dryer and washer.

The cabin was clean and comfortable.The last tenant left the trash on the outside steps. I asked a neighbor where to dispose of the trash. Also, the parking situation, we parked in front of the cabin in front of ours. People in the cabin in front of ours, said we had to move our vehicle. Our parking spot was across the street.

My wife and I really enjoyed the fact that even though there was other cabins close by, the landscape and some select fencing was done in such a way that it provided each cabin privacy from neighbors.
