The location was close to the beach, extremely clean, and had a well stocked kitchenette. We used the alcove between the closet and the bathroom as our dining space, the stools were pretty comfortable and there was enough space for 2 people. The bathroom was also clean and well stocked. It was very helpful that there were left over sunscreens, aloe gels, and general bathroom soaps. We appreciated having the outdoor porch, though small, for more space to sit. The host was very communicative and responsive when I had questions or concerns.

The unit was perfect for our short trip to beautiful Exuma and delivered on comfort and relaxation. It was well equipped for 2 persons right down to off repellent, sun block and sun ran sprays, first aid kit and small lamp. Kendanique thought of everything and presented it beautifully

The house is extremely clean and very comfortable. It was great to come back to after a day at the beaches.

Da Sugar House is located on the hills above Georgetown. It is a 20 minutes drive from the airport and 10 minutes to downtown Georgetown. The house and garden are beautiful and full of features that are useful for holiday travelers - outdoor grill, games, a deck with a whirlpool. Steve was waiting for us on arrival and showed us the property and all amenities. He even stocked our fridge with some basic food items, as our flight was arriving too late to get to the stores (even beer!). He is very active in the local community and knows a lot of the locals providing services for the tourists. He went out of his way in assisting myself and my two girls to find the perfect activities for the few days we spent here.

Rowena picked us up at the airport and brought us to our cottage, where everything was way better than we expected. We opted for the sea view cottage, and it's adjacent to the Sandy Bottom Liquor Store (which they also run, so they're always available and close by). We had a private house with kitchen, living room, bathroom, and two bedrooms, but the best part was the patio with furniture and an amazing view of the beach. We had the beach to ourselves the whole time. We opted to rent a car (pretty important on Exuma), and they had it already there for us with the keys inside. No paperwork, and cheaper than renting at the airport and more convenient. We had an excursion booked with Coastline Adventures and Rowena was proactive about calling them to make sure it was still on (forecast of wind was iffy) and when we needed to be there and all the details. When we checked out they brought us back to the airport. The cottage is very new and in excellent condition, well stocked, and the AC works well but isn't necessary with the windows open and the island breeze coming through. The kitchen had everything we needed to make basic meals, and there are restaurants nearby as well. I would 100% recommend this place and these hosts. It couldn't have been better.

It was a great location. It was nice to walk to Jolly Hall Beach every day. The house was spacious and clean. It was perfect for our group of 4.
