Amazing place, would highly recommend. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Spa offers very nice treatments and they are good and a lot of options. The food for lunch and dinner is yummy, mix of western and Indonesian food. The rooms are spacious with right amenities and bathroom is nice. Bedsheets and cushions soft and even the babybed was great.

Nauma Ubud Villa is a 10+ property that should by all means get a 5-star rating by international hotel standard ratings. To answer this question in one word - “everything”. The staff is superb as they want to make every single request you have possible at any time of the day. Their restaurant food is tasty, the room cleaning is perfect and the additional offer prices are very reasonable and clearly explained. In addition the manager, general manager as well as the owner himself come around to shake your hand and introduce themselves personally and ask about your stay - I mean, come on, where do you see this? Perfect. Special shoutout to front desk guy Merta!

Breakfast is so tasty and generous, we could not wait for morning to try it again! The pool is clean and refreshing, and the surrounding plants provide a lovely shade when you want to escape the sun. I would say everything! the villa itself is so nice and cozy, we loved the faced that it was built with wood and stones! -the bedroom and the bed are unbelievable! -breakfast ist amazing - they always prepare fresh breakfast in the morning (order one day before) -the pool with direct access to the toilet/shower (also accessible vis bedroom -the service was amazing! they organized a bike for us, laundry-service and everything what we have needed! -cleaness: they have cleaned the villa everyday and brought us new towels! -location; for us perfect, in a quite neighborhood (a little bit outside of the crowded area)
