Amazing property, friendly host and great food! The room was very clean and the yard was quiet and peaceful. We booked a morning safari the night before through the host and it was great! We were able to park out tuk tuk on the property.

An absolute gem of a stay, a wonderful host in a really peaceful setting. The cooking class was fantastic and Prashan is a wonderful cook, he even set us up a table under the stars with our own fire (just to note the cooking class may be free but you do pay for the food 3000pp) but it's still well worth it!!

Leel was a wonderful Host. Leel’s Safari Cottage was stunning. Beautiful accom, gardens & his mums food was probably one of the best we have had in Sri Lanka. We did a safari with them as well which was wonderful the breakfast supplied by Leels’s wife Nameel delicious. Nothing was too hard. Very generous people.

The cottage is super clean and new The owners are super nice and welcoming. The hospitality is great We enjoyed our stay Room has nice bed, nice shower, a space outside and a lovely hamac. I strongly recommend this facility. Hope you stay here when you plan your next safari to Usawalawe. Anjo took as for a lovely Safari including breakfast. He knows every single part of the park. We were lucky enough to see elephans mud bathing, a herd of 6 elephants and a calve, many deers, birds, buffalos... It was a great Safari, informative and enjoyable. Strongly recommend

Everything from the park like setting to the beautifully decorated, very clean rooms to the wonderfully tasty food they prepared for us. They even paled us a great lunch for our safari. But the crowning jewel was the beautiful river that flowed through their backyard.
